We developed a modern, user-friendly website for the Family Mediators Association (FMA), incorporating advanced member search and filtering features. The site allows both the FMA team and members to easily update and manage content, supported by training sessions for smooth post-launch management.
Working closely with the FMA team, we developed an extensive content plan to ensure the website was populated with up-to-date and accurate information. This included verifying existing data on members and customers, then importing it into the new website’s database structure. The new setup allows for advanced searching and filtering of member information, providing ease of access for users. Additionally, the platform enables the FMA team to update site information quickly and allows members to manage their own business and contact details directly.
As part of the website launch, we collaborated with FMA’s networking and administration team, NNE, to ensure a smooth transition of the members’ database. We also conducted training sessions to equip FMA staff with the skills needed to manage key areas of the site, including member subscriptions, events, and news articles. Our partnership with FMA ensured the creation of a robust, scalable website that supports their ongoing operations while providing an intuitive experience for users.
