Be Unique

Character Creation.

Our client wished to keep their new website very family friendly and as such proposed the idea of creating a haggis character to be the mascot of the business. Made in Scotland design team sketched a number of different styles of haggis to present to the client for feedback, and ultimately decided upon the character shown below in the gallery because it felt more friendly and inviting to people of all ages. With the creation of the character we also designed several poses which are used throughout the website to highlight different services and locations in a comical fashion.

BRANDING AND IDENTITY

Logo Design.

Made In Scotland design team created a number of different logos to present to the client for feedback, and ultimately decided upon the haggis character because it felt more friendly and inviting to people of all ages. Furthermore, we developed an eye-catching wordmark that creates a fun and family-friendly brand identity.

The lettering of the wordmark was created using the Baby School typeface family. The haggis logo is to symbolise a tradition of Scotland. These variations allow the logo to be used effectively on smaller devices and icons e.g social media and mobile applications.

The sleek and fun design of the website was created with the intention of all visitors having a clear understanding of all their services such as: types of campers, pricing & availability, things to do, and reviews Happy Haggis had to offer.
