Project Launched: SEPTEMBER 2022
Pennygown decided to keep their existing brand colours, with the red tones representing the animals and wildlife you may find while staying at Pennygown Holiday Park and the blue tones representing the surrounding sea.
During the design process, some already established companies wish to keep aspects of their branding rather than a complete overhaul which was the case for this client. They had an adorable cow mascot – Penny – who they couldn’t bare to completely part with, so instead, one of our designers adapted it to a simple, modern version although the original still features on the website.
Pennygown Holiday Park asked us to design a new logo and branding. They wanted to keep the highland cow cartoon from their previous logo, as this represents the local wildlife in the Isle of Mull, so we adapted it to a modern, minimalistic version of this.
Pennygown - Final Logo DesigN
We were tasked with building a new website for Pennygown Holiday Park to promote their services. Although it was important for their site to look fun and modern, it also had to be easy to use as it includes a considerable amount of functionality such as contact forms.
Rather than developing a booking system for the website, the client wanted to integrate their existing booking system in order to simplify the booking process for users.
With any business it is imperative to have good reviews as users are likely to trust brands with online reviews compared to brands with no reviews; this was no different for Pennygown Holiday Park. We added a Trip Advisor review widget to display all of the amazing reviews happy customers have left for Pennygown and it’s safe to say that there are plenty of them!
Pennygown Holiday Park was looking to implement a re-design of their website with a more modern and user-friendly look, giving a simple browsing experience ensuring users can easily book via the site.
